This tip, from John Reese, really fits well with mini-lesson #8, I mentioned last week, about running a lean overhead machine.
10. DON’T LEASE OFFICE SPACE
(If possible.)
As tempting as this might become if your business starts to grow, avoid it at all costs.
If you’re like me, what will happen is that you will eventually stop going to the office and just work from home where you always were more comfortable anyway. And/or you will end up realizing you really didn’t need it. Read the rest of this entry »
